Why We Built This

We didn't come from healthcare. We came from watching small business owners lose money to administrative systems they couldn't navigate, and building software that fixed it.

Clinic Claims started when someone close to our founding team spent years watching a clinic lose revenue to billing errors nobody was catching in time. We started looking at the problem and found the rejections were actually the smaller issue. The bigger problem was the money that was never claimed in the first place. We built the system to fix that.

We brought on certified OHIP billing specialists as clinical validators because software alone is not enough. The result is a focused audit service for Ontario IHFs operating under Bill 60 and ICHSCA.
